Karen J. In the Mastermind Business Group I like the support of being with other women entrepreneur and business people.  The process is one that generates ideas allows me to get feedback of all kinds from the group. I see benefits of being a part of a mastermind business group, because as a “solopreneur” – there is not always an objective group to bounce ideas off – this gives me a much broader perspective that I think is terrific.

I also like the structure of the group because it creates an environment of accountability that I then use in my business.  For example, I have created a vision and mission for my business that without being in the group, I don’t know that I would have completed or frankly done as well.

Through the group and working with Karen, I have gained confidence in my ability to construct my business the way I want to .  I have also gained direction – which is helpful because as a “solopreneur”  you tend to put things off because you don’t see the need for them – but in the group you realize these things are essential to help support your business and grow it.

I would recommend Karen – she knows how to get to the heart of the matter, is supportive, is a great listener with tremendous ideas and a lot of enthusiasm and passion to what she does.
