About This Project

Knee Control

By training knee control the patient gains an improved muscular control of the knee joint through improved movement patterns, landing technique, balance and coordination, and increased strength in the leg and core muscles. These exercises have successfully been used in prehab training studies to prevent serious knee injuries in elite soccer players in Sweden and therefore have a clear place in the rehabilitation of knee injuries, including anterior cruciate ligament injuries.
